The Six Challenges to Change

If you are looking for change, you are on a Change Journey of removing your issues and improving your status. That sounds good.

But, did you realize that to successfully change, you will be required to learn new things and refrain from old ingrained habitsThis reworking your old ways is a challenging process.

If you take a good look at the times you have previously tried to change, but failed, you will find that you got stuck on one of the Six Challenges and aborted your attempt. Looking closely you’ll also notice that every time you get stuck, you resist the same problem and with the same re-action.

To have a better chance of real change, you can identify what your challenges will be, ahead of time, and practice how to resolve them, instead of acting out old habitual re-actions. Then, when your challenges show up, on your Change Journey, you will be properly prepared for successful progress.

Here, follows a brief description of what you can expect to happen, and the basic order your Challenges tend to appear:

* Your First Challenge – MASTERING CHANGE. When you look for change you will have to encounter what you want to change, so you can Change it. Change requires you to let go of what you are familiar with and learn how to surrender to something you don’t know yet.

* Your Second Challenge – CONSCIOUS CREATION. When your old environment is no longer here, to not end up in another setting that you don’t want to be in, you need to know how to Consciously Create the rest of your life. What do you want to become your new reality? Your Second Challenge is to learn how you to create consciously.

* Your Third Challenge – NATURAL BREATHING. Your Life-force gives you life and power through your breathing. Since you have the power to improve your breathing, you have access to the most powerful tool that can easily propel you into your expanded life. It will catch your non-physical wishes and pull them over the bridge to your physical world. Through limiting life experiences you have learned to suppress your Life-force by sub-ventilating. You’ll overcome this challenge with Natural Breathing.

* Your Fourth Challenge – CHOOSING CONSCIOUSNESS. You can’t experience anything without Consciousness. So, the more joy and success you want to experience, the more conscious you will have to be. Your Challenge to full Consciousness is to recognize when you are and are not fully alert, awake and conscious and how you are diverted from being conscious, so you can choose the correct method to get back in full Consciousness.

* Your Fifth Challenge – CHANGING HABITS. Basically, all you think and do is based on habits. Some are expansive and some destructive. Taking a pull of what habits are opposing or diverting you from your goals and happiness, you’ll know which ones to cease and transform. This will also show you which unfamiliar supportive habits you need to develop.

* Your Sixth Challenge – OPTIMUM LIVING. Once you understand and have practice in mastering your Challenges, you will use, whatever you encounter in your life, as a spiritual practice. You will either celebrate your successes or be excited about what you are learning with your challenge. Either way you’ll feel successful and excited. In Optimum Living all your complaints and blames becomes successes and expanding learning.

The 5 Ways You Act Out Your Life

There are 5 ways you act out and experience your life. These appear in a limiting progression of mis-thinking and losing awareness. Once you expand into your inherent wisdom and consciousness again, you’ll re-discover your incredible Natural State.

When you recognize how you act out your life, by observing your thinking and behavior, you know which mis-thinking you are currently acting out. Then, you also know which limitations you need to undo to restore your Natural State.

1. Your Natural State: Originally and Naturally, you experience your pleasant and most efficient Natural State when you are present for your now. This is where your actions are expressions of your Purpose.

2a. Personal Doubt: Then, if you doubt that there is a Naturally perfect State, you’ll believe in fear, lack and problems. You’ll act out “Who You Fear You Are”. Like, If your Personal Doubt is “Why am I not good enough?”, you’ll not be good enough at what you do.

2b. Personal Quest: If you are aware of your Personal Doubt, then you may be inspired to get back to the truth of who you really are and contemplate and activate your Personal Quest. Example: If your Personal Quest is “Why am I bad?”, you’ll be good.

3. Overcompensation: If you are rejecting your Personal Doubt, you’ll overcompensate and pretend that you are better than your Personal Doubt. Example: If your Personal Doubt is “Why am I wrong?”, you’ll demonstrate that you are right.

4. Projection: If you can’t overcompensate for your Personal Doubt, you’ll try to divert the fact that this is a part of your life and project that it is others who have your Personal Doubt issue. Example: When you think about others in a negative fashion you know you have these characteristics yourself, like “Why is there something wrong with them?” or “Why are they incompetent?”

5. Avoiding: If you cannot get enough evidence to prove that others have your Personal Doubt, your last resort is to escape from facing your Personal Doubt and try to erase yourself by hiding, disappearing or dying. This last acting out leaves you unconscious until you wake up again.

You are either hiding from your doubt or finding who you really are
You can observe if your life is getting better or worse through noticing which direction you are going with the 5 ways you act out your life. To experience a perfect Natural State, you need to see perfection.

If your life moves in the direction of acting out, overcompensating, blaming, and numbing out, you are going further and further away from your truth and creating a bigger and bigger problem.

If you find yourself being more present, taking more responsibility, being real and honest and honoring your innate Natural State, you are moving towards more health, happiness and Owning Your Self.

Personal Doubt – Personal Quest

Cutting your Personal Doubt at the root is the quick way, to cut all your struggles in one shot.

Your Personal Doubt comes from questioning your first Limiting Experience. This is how you learned to doubt your perfection.

For example: If your mother didn’t want to be pregnant you might have asked yourself “Why am I not wanted?” leading to such answers as “Because I’m a burden.” or “Because I am bad.” Another example: If you got stuck in the birth canal you may have asked yourself “Why am I stuck?” leading to answers like: Because I am not supported.” or “Because I am a failure.”.

Your PERSONAL DOUBT is a Question that looks for particular answers, just like putting on a pair of glasses adjusts your vision to see the world through the lens of those glasses.

Your Personal Doubt is a “Why?” question,
wondering, ”Why?” something is not perfect.
The answers appear in “I am…” statements.

Your Personal Doubt does not manifest in your life, but is the question that generates the answers of how you need to deal with your world.

The answers to your Personal Doubt make you feel imperfect and presents you with a limited life.

Here is a metaphor of how your Personal Doubt works:
Your Personal Doubt is like the TRUNK of an undesired tree.

BRANCHES and Roots grow out of the trunk in the same way as answers arise from your Personal Doubt.

Like the Personal Doubt “Why am I not good enough?”, leads to answers like, “Because I’m not good enough at football.” and “Because I’m not good enough at relationships.” and so on.

* Sometimes you succumb to the idea that your Personal Doubt is real. Then you limit yourself by accepting such answers as “You really are not good enough at football.” etc.

* Sometimes wanting to be good enough leads you to wonder, “How can I be good enough at football?” This in turn brings answers, such as “By practicing a lot.” which results in a lot of struggle and maybe you get to “be good enough at football,” but the original “Why am I not good enough?” remains and brings new branching doubts, like “Why am I not good enough at business?” “Why am I not good enough at English?” … Our life continues indefinitely to try to resolve one question after another, while not realizing that the premise question is faulty.

* Using excuses and rationalizations like, “I don’t want to be good enough.” or “I don’t have time to be good enough.”, strengthens the ROOT of the Personal Doubt Tree, because this fortifies the belief that your Personal Doubt is true.

YOUR PERSONAL QUEST
Your Personal Quest is the Creative Question that uproots your Personal Doubt and its limiting effects.

While living with your Personal Doubt, you will have to work hard to earn your right to be OK. When you transform your Personal Doubt, with your Personal Quest, you will avoid the struggle of trying to create an acceptable life and instead be able to enjoy how perfect and amazing your “unique you” are.

Trying to keep up with all the projects the Personal Doubt throws your way, will never end, because there is always one more thing to correct. REPLACING your Personal Doubt with your Personal Quest FREES YOU FROM MANY ISSUES AT ONE TIME.

Your Personal Quest is the extreme opposite of your Personal Doubt.

You will reverse your Personal Doubt by focusing on your Personal Quest, because your mind cannot conceive of two opposite questions at the same time.

If you cut down the tree of your Personal Doubt, the leaves and branches will fall off, and the roots will wither away.

The easiest way to stop answering and reverse a doubt is to apply the opposite resolving question.

For example: The Personal Doubt: “Why am I bad?” is resolved by the Personal Quest is “Why am I good?”. “Why am I not good enough?” is reversed by “Why am I good enough?” and “Why am I a failure?” is reversed by “Why am a success?”.

The *Excuse Clause

On one hand, we believe that we can create the life that we want. On the other hand, we complain when things are not going our way. We want the credit of success, but run from blame.

When the evidence is too clear, that we have made a mistake or are learning something new, and we refuse to Own Our Power and incredible Life-journey, we blow a smokescreen and confuse any fact that we have a personal responsibility.

The *Excuse Clause is a fabricated hoax we use when we want to be right. It is the thought and reason we hold on to, that stops us from letting go and look for empowering solutions.

You probably believe and agree that your thinking and beliefs define what you experience and that you have the power to create the life that you want.

You know this by such topics as “the placebo effect” and that “people encountering similar situations report different results”, meaning that each person creates their results in accordance with what they believe is true.

You may have noticed yourself quoting Einstein: ”Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.”

Most likely, you get that thinking and doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result, is a sign of insanity, when it is about others and non-essential personal topics.

But, when it comes to personal responsibility, it is common to be hiding behind the *Excuse Clause.

This is where we argue that there is nothing we can do and we have no power over the situation, because our misery is caused by external forces.

If you can become aware when you give away your power and look for someone or something else to solve your issue, and instead explore what mis-thinking you have, then you can permanently turn your issue in to a success.

The Habit of Rationalizing and Justifying

RATIONALIZING and JUSTIFICATION is the JOKER that the Ego has up it sleeves, to keep you trapped in trying to convince others that you are right.

When something evidently is not working, rationalization comes in handy, pointing out that there are flaws to the evaluating system.

It says: “If there would have been different circumstances, the evading rationalizing would have proof of its point of view.”

Rationalization is only necessary after the proposed fact is evidently wrong, and you won’t accept that.

Rationalization seems so convincing, that it will even make you ignore facts.

For example: “I had a car accident, but it wouldn’t have happened if…”
“I had a fight with my partner, but it only happened because s/he don’t understand…”
“I don’t have enough time, so I can’t do that…” (Then I have an emergency and suddenly I have time to take care of it.)
“I don’t have enough money, so I can’t do that…” (Then my TV breaks or muffler falls off and suddenly I do have the money to pay for it.)

When you catch yourself rationalizing, stop and realize that you are avoiding facing your reality and need to take another look.

Now, prove this to be wrong… Ha Ha Ha…

Can You Improve Your Life?

You won’t If you believe that your life is already good enough.
You won’t if you have given up and don’t even try.
You won’t if you believe that “others” control you now.
You won’t if you believe you don’t have the power to choose.

YOU WILL when it becomes a necessity (too many problems).
YOU WILL when you have True Wisdom and Courage.
YOU WILL when you associate with inspiring people.
YOU WILL when you engage with awakening tools.

HOW CAN YOU IMPROVE YOUR LIFE?

CHOOSE to BREATHE More.
CHOOSE to be aware of whether you are satisfied or not.
CHOOSE what you focus on (because that is your life).
CHOOSE to follow your inspiration.
