I have been a breathwork coach and trainer since 1984 and I am the founder of the transformational Natural Breathing modality.

I founded the Creative Questions Approach in 2000. This Mastering Your Mind tool is powerful in detecting, identifying, and re-programming old memories, thinking, habits, and behaviors that cause your current unwanted results.

We will use your current unique personal needs and wishes to customize how I can best support you using the three tools mentioned above.

Doing the Own Your Self intensive in your home environment has the special advantage of exposing conscious and unconscious limiting thinking, habits, and behaviors.
