Who am  I?
The best way I can inspire you to use the Creative Questions System, for your own transformation is to tell you a little bit about my background and how I discovered the Creative Questions Approach.

I am Arne Rantzen, originally from Sweden. I started my life-long Healing Journey in 1975 with devoting 5 years to be a Tibetan Buddhist monk. My appreciation for the Tibetan way of life is my foundation and the underlying theme of all my creations.

My interest in the Western Approach to Personal Transformation started in 1982, with learning the hands-on healing techniques: Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Rolfing, Aston Patterning, Reiki, and Body Harmony, from its founder Dr. Don McFarland, succeeding as an international Body Harmony teacher.

I have also had an interest in the Metaphysical approach and trained in – A Course In Miracle, the Rebirthing breathing technique, the International Seminar Leadership Program (ISLP) directed by Bob Mandel, and the Loving Relationships Training (LRT), under the supervision of Sondra Ray, culminating as a Rebirth Trainer and LRT Trainer.

In 1995, I felt ready to combine my experience of the Tibetan Approach with my experience of Western healing techniques, by designing two healing modalities – Unlimited Body and Unlimited Breath, aka Natural Breathing.

In 2000, I conceived the Creative Questions system. I believe that being the founder of the Creative Questions system and co-creator of the popular Creative Question Cards and APP with Doctor Monica is my greatest contribution to the human family.

Now, after well over 40 years, as a Personal Transformation Coach and International Trainer, I have coached thousands of people, internationally and I am especially excited about the changes that I have seen through the use of Creative Questions.

Here is how I discovered the Creative Questions System
After working with uprooting negative thoughts and destructive behaviors and replacing them with positive thoughts – Affirmations – for 18 years, I noticed that, as long as we kept focusing on thinking positively, change remained present, but when we stopped reciting our daily Affirmations, we fell back to our previous conditions. Do you recognize this too?

Wanting to get permanent results led me to want a way to Improve the Affirmation process.

Then, in 2000, I GOT IT. It was one of those days when I was again feeling like a failure and I was working on my Affirmation, “I am now successful.”

This time my mind wandered – thinking
“How can I be successful?”
I felt unusually perked up and my mind filled up with reasons for
“How I can be successful”.

Being curious of why my feeling had changed so quickly, I realized that I had switched from struggling with forcing myself to think good thoughts,
to naturally and effortlessly be engaged in a new positive thinking pattern
.

I understood that I had changed from battling
“failure thoughts” to asking A GOOD QUESTION.

How I developed the Creative Question System
Since then, we have been exploring, refining, and testing the impact of the questioning thinking process.

Now, we have been able to identify the
Specific Type of Questioning that Activates Your Success Consciousness.

Realizing the Power of Creative Questions, we set out to find a good way for people like you to use High Frequency Creative Questions and to create what you really want.

You too, will be thrilled when you realize that Mastering Good Questioning Habits, puts you in control of what thoughts you think, and their results.

On the cutting edge of Personal Transformation
Many of us are discovering how important it is to become aware of the quality of our thoughts. There are so many teachings supporting us to choose Good Affirming Thinking. They all say that the more we can feel our thoughts, the faster they manifest.

When you use the Creative Questions Approach,
you automatically FEEL
your High Frequency Thoughts.

Creative Questions gives you the easiest, quickest, and most direct way to FEEL your thoughts.

For example: Do you notice a difference in how affected you FEEL when you proclaim, “I am rich.”, compared to when you ask “How do I feel when I feel rich?”

You can use this Creative Question to activate a positive outlook!

Please, don’t just read it.
To get an experience, you actually have to consider the question.

“What is so Good About That?”
Hmmm… Let’s see…
Contemplate it. Savor it. Ask the question again and again.

The sensation that you get is
the creativity of the universe
responding
to your question.

There is a spontaneous
self-perpetuating
Thinking Momentum
inherently in you
that you can take advantage of…

If you investigate, you’ll find that your mind is always busy thinking about something, whether you like it or not, and that without needing any help from you.

It has its own fountain of energy and momentum.
It doesn’t require any effort from you to be thinking.
It is almost impossible to turn off your thinking for long.

The Creative Questions Approaches takes advantage of this inherent thinking momentum and directs it to think what you want to be thinking about, which then shows up in the way you really want your life to be.

You will also find that your mind is mostly busy with solving problems and that this problem-solving is really just finding answers to your questions.

Our underlying questions that keep us busy are wondering:
”How can I fix this?” and
“How can I improve this?”

When you look closer you find that this “problem solving” and “improving”  mechanism is a question looking for answers.

Asking the supportive Creative Question
“How can I be successful?”
moves your mind to find the answers that proves that
“I am a Success!”

Creative Questions are Specific Questions
that are constructed to
bring about a Specific Pre-determined Result.

When you change from asking unfavorable questions
to asking supportive Creative Questions,
you will re-program your mind,
because your mind cannot prove two opposing questions at the same time.

The Creative Questions System identifies and promotes
FAVORABLE QUESTIONS,
to guide you mind to
FIND SPECIFIC ANSWERS,
that will create the results that you are looking for.

Once your mind has an answer, it sticks with it, and thinks the same thoughts over and over – unless you introduce a new question on the subject.

The good news is that with Creative Questions, you cannot only consciously change your thinking patterns, you can also relax your mind enough to reach the “open space” where you can tap into the new and fresh creativity of the moment and find new answers, not previously considered.

Creative Questions Boost Your Power to Create

With Creative Questions you take “your continuous thinking force”
and send it in the direction that you want your mind to be busy.

Through Creative Questioning,
you ACTIVELY enter
the process and flow of creation.

Your mind works like the way an internet search-engine works. You type in a request, sit back, and wait for a moment, and then receive many answers, without any effort on your part.

Your only responsibility is to make sure you ask Good Creative Questions.

Through asking Creative Questions, you activate your mind to work for you.

When you think about the questions that you want to be thinking about, you find the answers that you want to get.

For example, the favorable Creative Question “Why am I a success?” directs your mind to find evidence like, “I like myself.” and “I am smart.”

Your Questions affect your daily life
Imagine that you are going to an Important appointment. You notice that you are running late and didn’t have time to prepare enough. Then, your mind wants to get involved and you start to wonder: “Why is my life such a struggle?”

What do you think happens when you ask a dis-empowering question like that? Oh yeah, your mind gives you answers like: Because I struggle. Because I can’t make it. Because I am unlucky.

If you want to have a different experience, then you need to ask yourself a Supportive Creative Question.

What if you asked instead: “Why is my life so easy?”

Let’s see what kind of answers this Empowering Creative Question gives you: Because I trust life. Because I am confident. Because I am a winner. Because I am smart.

Can you see that your experience getting to your appointment will be different if you ask: “Why is my life a struggle?” compared to “Why is my life so easy?”
Can you feel the difference?

I am glad you are taking
Your Questioning Mind seriously,
Because it really is
the director of your thinking mind.

Now, we will define the structure of a Creative Question and then learn how you can start to use it for yourself.

What is a Creative Question?

A Creative Question is a question
that has the answers you want,
already built into the question.

For example: Let’s say it is a rainy day. If you ask somebody “Why is the weather so bad?” then they will answer, “It is because it is raining too much.”

If you asked instead “Why is the weather so good?” then they will answer “It is because the rain is so refreshing.”

A Creative Question can only be answered in one pre-defined way.
Unlike, for example, an open-ended question, “What is the weather like?” the answer can go either way – it is bad, or it is good.

Here is a more personal example. Let’s say that you don’t have as much money as you want. If I asked you “Why are you broke?” you will have answers like, “Because I am a bad money manager.” “Because I spend too much.” These answers will not help you solve your problem but make you lose faith.

If I instead asked you “Why do you have some money?” you will answer “It must be because I have managed some of my money well.” This answer will give you hope and inspiration to improve your money managing skills.

An open-ended question would be “How is your money situation?”

Every situation can be viewed in different ways (disappointing or inspirational), all depending on how you approach it = How you question it.

How to construct a Creative Question?
When you want to get rid of or gain something, identify an affirming statement for is free from the issue or includes what you want.

This statement is your Affirmation. Now, turn that statement into a Creative Question.

For example, if you want more money, you chose the Affirmation “I have extra money.” Then, make that into a Creative Question, like, “Why can I have extra money?”

When should you use Creative Questions?
When you learn the Creative Question language, you will use it pretty much all the time.

  • When you have an issue that you want to resolve you can use a Creative Question. This will boost your Affirmation and replace the issue with the evidence that you do want to find.
  • When you have a new goal, it is a good time to use a Creative Question.
This will speed up your Affirmation process to reach your new goal.

How Do You Chose Your Creative Question?
When you want to change something in your life, identify the question that is creating the current result.

For example, let’s say that you feel unhappy, this means that you are thinking that you are unhappy. Explore and notice that when this feeling gets strong you are pondering a question like, “Why am I unhappy?” or “Why can’t I be happy?”

Then, find the new opposite question, which will facilitate the opposite result, such as, “Why am I happy?” or “Why can I be happy?”. Thus, you’ll find more happiness.

I offer you this technique to use with minor issues and goals. I recommend that you get support from a Creative Questions Coach when it comes to more important issues. The reason for this that constructing a Creative Question can be quite intricate. I have seen well-intended questions, that wasn’t properly constructed, that actually turned out to have negative effects.

For example, the question ”How can I clean up my past?” seems alright, but looking closer you notice that it actually makes you have to find things to clean up, which finds more and more things to clean up. The correct Creative Question should be “How am I complete with my past?”

We have spent a lot of time fine-tuning the Creative Questions system. If you decide to make up a Creative Question yourself, I suggest you check with us to see if this really is a Creative Question before you put too much emphasis on it.

How to avoid Common pitfalls

  • Statements vs. Questions
Statements are facts that won’t allow new creativity to flow through you.

Statements are stuck facts, because they have already stated its final truth and so they are not open to new possibilities. Your creativity stops right there.

On the other hand, when you ask a Creative Question, you tap into the  flow of creativity – finding answers and creating more of what you are asking for.

For example, what feels more inspiring and empowering to you, “I am happy.” or “Why am I happy?”

  • Releasing addictions to old limiting questions
When you have stubborn limiting beliefs and resistance to new concepts, it can be difficult to accept a new Creative Question.

When you are faced with a new  question, your first tendency will be to avoid answering it.

You will think such things as “That is not true.” or “I have proof of the opposite.” In this case, you need to discipline yourself to focus on asking your new “Supportive Creative Question” for a little while. This will re-train your mind to a new questioning habit.

For example, if you are asking the Creative Question “Why am I healthy?”, you may answer, “But, that is not true.” and “I am sick.” This kind of response is not the answer to your new High-Frequency Question, but a resistance and an addiction to the old destructive question.

When you persevere in asking and contemplating your new Creative Question, your responses will gradually change to “Well, maybe.” and then “Yes, I have a healthy mind?”…

  • If you cannot believe your new Creative Question, because the evidence from old opposing question is too strong, you can soften your new Creative Question to be hypothetical. Using the words WOULD and COULD will open up the possibility to imagine what you want to create, which prepares your thinking to accept your new reality.

For example, let’s say you want to become a millionaire and you begin asking “Why do I have a million dollars?” If you can’t imagine having that kind of money, you can modify your question to

“Why COULD I have a million dollars?”
“Why WOULD I have a million dollars?”

  • Focus and re-focus on the question – not the answer
When you ask a question you get answers.

The tendency is to hold on to a particular answer and make that your reality, instead of asking the Creative Question again.

The problem with this is that holding on to answers stops the natural creative process and change.

  • Stimulating the Creative Questions process
It is important to keep the Creative Questioning process going, so you can get further stimulation towards your goal.

The best way to make sure you are continuing your Creative Questions process is to insert, the magic words “Why ELSE…?” into your question.

For example, if you want to believe in yourself, a Creative Question can be “Why do I believe in myself?”

When your answers and responses start to repeat themselves, insert
    “WHY ELSE…?” like,
“Why Else do I believe in myself?”

Creative Questions are
Specific Questions
that are constructed to bring about a Specific Pre-determined Result.

When you change from asking unfavorable questions
to asking supportive
Creative Questions,
you will re-program your mind,
because your mind cannot prove two opposing questions at the same time.

The Creative Questions System identifies and promotes
FAVORABLE QUESTIONS,
to guide you mind to
FIND SPECIFIC ANSWERS,
that will create the results
that you are looking for.

With Creative Questions you take “your continuous thinking force” and send it in the direction that you want your mind to be busy.

Because I am relaxed.

Can you see that your experience getting to your appointment will be different if you ask: “Why is my life a struggle?” compared to “Why is my life so easy?” Can you feel the difference?

An open-ended question would be
“How is your money situation?”
