With your Natural Breathing Coach, you can address physical health issues, struggle with success and financial abundance, conflict, and power-struggle relationships, and living a Meaningful Life.

Each Natural Breathing session starts with a consultation, where your Coach will first explore with you, what you want to accomplish. Your Coach will teach and train you to do Natural Breathing, and thus support you to reach your goals.

Then you are ready for the breathing section.  During this time, you will lay down, fully clothed, except for your shoes, on a comfortable mat, to be coached through your Natural Breathing Cycle.

Sometimes a Natural Breathing Session liberates old issues. Sometimes you find inspiration and creativity. Sometimes you celebrate successes. And sometimes you just relax and enjoy how your Life-force is embracing you.

After completing your Breathing Cycle, you and your Coach will talk about your experiences and identify your insights.

Before you go, your Coach will give you some supportive homework.

A Natural Breathing session takes somewhere between 2 to 4 hours. It is difficult to define exactly how long each session is because it depends on your goals and how well you breathe. We will schedule ample and flexible time for you, so you can maximize your results.

The Natural Breathing Cycle, i.e. how long you will lay down and do Natural Breathing, is between 1-2 hours.

After you leave your coach, you will still be integrating your success, so schedule a little extra time (an hour or more) for you to be with you before you have to engage with something else that requires your full attention. A walk in nature is an excellent choice.

For permanent CHANGE Natural Breathing is best used as a set of 10 Sessions.
This is like the process of clearing out mud from a glass of muddy water. First you pour in water into the glass, which stirs up the mud, that eventually overflows, leaving the water clearer. If you pour in just a small amount of water, you will stir up the water, but the mud will settle again. 10 Natural Breathing sessions is a good enough pour to change your life.

Why does Natural Breathing require you to start with 10 Sessions?
Even though you may have an amazing experience with every Natural Breathing session, for real transformation you need 10 Sessions to give yourself enough time to learn and practice Natural Breathing. Sometimes it takes some sessions to get a hang of it. You also need time to identify and transform your past incomplete experiences, mis-thinking, and mis-programming and time to achieve your goals of health, ease, and success.

  • Since we sub-ventilate most of the time, it can take several sessions to learn the Natural Breathing process correctly and effectively.
  • Through 10 Natural Breathing Sessions your Breath Coach will be able to FINE-TUNE YOUR BREATHING.
  • As you get more familiar with the power of Natural Breathing, you will do advanced Natural Breathing sessions in hot water and cold water.
  • Your Breath Coach gets to see how your Breathing Control System sabotages your Natural Breathing and guide you to conquer these challenges.
  • The Breather gets to build up trust in the Natural Breathing process and the Coach’s skills and support, so you can surrender more and more and feel safe with your newfound powerful Life-Force.  
  • During 10 session your Coach will guide you to new ways of thinking and behaviors, so you can become a Deliberate Creator.
  • Even if a limitation and mis-understanding is released or corrected in a single session, there is often habitual behavior accumulated over many years that must also be identified and challenged. Without addressing these habits and integrating the new learning, you may find yourself back repeating old habits.

You can do the 10 Natural Breathing Sessions as an INTENSIVE, with one session a day for ten days. The 10-Session Intensive are for people who want change now and for those who have to travel far to their Breath Coach.

If you don’t have an emergency and you have a Natural Breathing Coach nearby, or you do your Natural Breathing sessions online through Zoom, then it is best to do them approximately once a week. This supports you to integrate your transformation deeper into your life.

The “approximately once a week” can be modified to sometimes be 4 days and sometimes 10 days apart. That works well if it is pre-planned. If there is more than 3 weeks between 2 sessions, then the momentum and effectiveness will be impaired.
