Surrendering to Well-Being vs. Producing Well-Being

Nowadays, the meaning of “Breathwork” covers a variety of techniques, based on a variety of reasons for doing “Breathwork”, and thus bringing a variety of results.

However you do “Breathwork”, you will always have some experience, so it seems to be a wonderful process.

Some “Breathwork” is based on ideas, and bring mind-over-matter results. 

Some “”Breathwork” includes components that are in addition to breathing, and bring enjoyable or interesting results.

Natural Breathing is a “Breathwork” that promotes the breathing that happens by itself, and unleash your inherent Well-Being.

If you run or dance, your breathing naturally increases. If you are still, your breathing naturally decreases.
If you are aware, you experience more. If you are caught in thinking, you experience less.

This is your Breathing Control System, making sure that the amount of energy you take in, matches exactly the amount of energy you use up, so you will not end up experiencing more or less, than before.

When you increase your energy by Breathing more and being more Aware, the Breathing Control System makes you get rid of this energy by making you Move more or get Mentally active and Unaware. Like, when you feel more, you nervously shake, including deflating self-talk and zooning out.

When you decrease your energy, by Moving, Thinking and Zooning out, the Breathing Control System makes you fill up on energy by making you Breath more or Think less. Like, when you run and have to take a breather, you focus and breathe deeply, void of thinking.

The Breathing Control System believes it keeps you safe, by keeping you the same – Status Quo.

If you intend to use “Breathwork” to permanently heal an issue, improve your Well-Being and for Self-Discovery, you will need to Build Up and RETAIN more energy than you usually have. This means you have to interrupt your Breathing Control System, by CHOOSING to build up energy, through breathing and awareness, and REFRAINING from using up the increased energy, which you do by leaving your body and mind – Conscious, Still and Relaxed.

This will complete incomplete traumatic energy blockages, and open up space for your Life-force to enliven your Well-Being and spontaneous aliveness.

You always use one of these 3 ways to demonstrate that what you believe, is true, because if you didn’t, your internal and external worlds would not match, and you would go crazy.

You will ATTRACT people, things, and situations that match what you expect.

  • This means that what you want is manifested as your results.
  • This is a harmonious life.

You will INTERPRET that people, things, and situations are what you believe.

  • This means that there is a discrepancy between what you believe and what your external world reflects. You ignore your reflection and live in a pretend reality.
  • This is a life of delusion.

You will MANIPULATE people, things, and situations to become what you want.

  • This means that you have to charm or force people, things, and situations to become what you want.
  • This is a life of struggle.

Dysfunctional example: If you think that people are angry, you will attract angry people, interpret that people are angry, or manipulate people to become angry.

Functional example: If you think that people like sailing, you will attract sailors, interpret that people like sailing, or take people sailing, to make them like sailing.

When you attract people, things, and situations, that match what you want, your are a vibrational a match.

Why Do We Resists Death More Than Going to Sleep?

Why do we gladly let go into sleep, but fear death?

When we learn to “Own Our Self” we let go of our limitations, leaving us with more aliveness, which will be highlighting any remaining issues we have, ending with our final limitation, i.e. our beliefs about death.

When we let go into sleep:
– We don’t know where we are going.
– We believe we will wake up and be in the same place, as we are in before we are going out, but we don’t truly know.
– We do not expect to be able to go back into the life we have dreamed of, once we wake up.

When we die:
– We don’t know where we are going.
– We don’t expect to wake up and be back at the same place as before going out.
– We do not expect to be able to get back to our old life.

So, the difference seems to be based on what we expect to happen, after we let go into the unknown, even though, it is exactly the same process of letting go – whether trusting or fearing.

An alternative can be to view our incessant, ever-changing experiences, as fleeting ADVENTURES.
