Validating Your Reality

You always use one of these 3 ways to demonstrate that what you believe, is true, because if you didn’t, your internal and external worlds would not match, and you would go crazy.

You will ATTRACT people, things, and situations that match what you expect.

  • This means that what you want is manifested as your results.
  • This is a harmonious life.

You will INTERPRET that people, things, and situations are what you believe.

  • This means that there is a discrepancy between what you believe and what your external world reflects. You ignore your reflection and live in a pretend reality.
  • This is a life of delusion.

You will MANIPULATE people, things, and situations to become what you want.

  • This means that you have to charm or force people, things, and situations to become what you want.
  • This is a life of struggle.

Dysfunctional example: If you think that people are angry, you will attract angry people, interpret that people are angry, or manipulate people to become angry.

Functional example: If you think that people like sailing, you will attract sailors, interpret that people like sailing, or take people sailing, to make them like sailing.

When you attract people, things, and situations, that match what you want, you are a vibrational a match.

When you ignore how people, things, and situations appear, and you act as is if they are what you want them to be, over-riding that they currently actually are not, then you are denying your current manifestation, and that you have the power to create. You are the creator of your life, so eventually you will have to acknowledge what your current results are.

When you change people, things, and situations to match what you want, you will only, at best, have temporary result, because you are not vibrating at the level of actually having attracted them into your life. Then it is time to start your inner work and raise your own vibration to be at the frequency of what you want.

The Creative Questions Approach

Your Thinking Process consists of 2 parts – Questions and Answers.

Questions directs your thinking to find answers and solutions.

If you are unaware of the power of questions, then you can easily get caught in asking destructive questions, leading to damaging understanding and results.

We tend to ask limiting questions, like, if your car doesn’t start, you’ll easily ask “Why isn’t my car starting?” But when it starts you don’t ask “Why is my car starting?”

The purpose of Creative Questions is to harness and direct your Thinking Process to transform unwanted questions and their results, to make you think in alignment with what you do want.

Creative Questions are specific questions that activate your creativity and stimulate and force your Thinking Process to find the solutions that your mind needs to be able to manifest what you want.

A Creative Question
is a favorable question
that has the answer built into the question,
so there is only a positive way you can respond to the question.

For example, “Why am I happy?” cannot give you the answer “Because I am a failure.” But must answer “Because I am successful.” This leads to you feeling wonderful.

Your Natural State

Your Natural State is what you experience when you remain conscious of being here and now, just as it is. This state is experienced as awareness.

Your Natural State is like the metaphor of the sun:

  • It is always present.
  • It always shines.
  • It is always warming.
  • It doesn’t need anything.
  • It doesn’t ask for anything.
  • It has its own incessant self-perpetuating power.
  • It is creative.
  • It nurtures life.

The View of the Natural State can get covered by the clouds of mis-thinking, like fabricated ideas of who you are, judgements against what you don’t want, attachments of what you think you need, Incomplete Experiences being stuck in emotions and unawareness of its existence.

When the clouds dissolve, your Natural State does not have to be re-activated, because it was always there, behind the clouds.

The Manifestation Process

There are 3 ingredients to the Manifestation Process

The 1st ingredient is the incessantly empowering Source Energy.
It is the self-perpetuating and spontaneously appearing Life-force.
This Life-force is what creates you and your world. It is what fuels you and projects the results of your thinking.

The 2nd ingredient is your “Thinking Process”.
It can be fleeting thoughts or pearls of wisdom.
Or you can be caught in the unaware Thinking Process with programming and Incomplete Experiences.

The 3rd ingredient is your externally projected objective world.
It is your thinking, projected through the light of Source Energy, on to the canvas of your perceived world.

Own Your Real Self

You do experience an external world and sometimes you worry and suffer from what you observe in it.

BUT, before all that, YOU MUST BE ALREADY HERE, otherwise it wouldn’t be possible for you to perceive an external world.

– Which means, you are not what you perceive.

– Which means, the only way you can suffer is by making-up that there is a problem with the things you observe (not everyone agrees with your opinion, nor suffer from what you think causes you suffering).

– Which means, the place YOU ARE LOOKING FROM, is a place, other than the external world, feeling like home, peace, love and aliveness. And you have not even created this place.

– Which means, there is a place, where your true spontaneous nature is JUST HERE, without any struggle, expense, or suffering.

Awareness is where you come from (your source) and who you are in essence (your beingness). Awareness is your basic natural foundation. Without your awareness you wouldn’t have any experiences and you wouldn’t experience existing.

Although, Awareness can be temporarily forgotten and hidden, it cannot be created or deleted. Awareness cannot be wrong, changed, improved, or purified. Awareness is only the observing, opinion-less, pure presence, like that perceiving thing, looking out from your eyes.

So, if you recognize and live in your presence, you live in the perfect now, and in no need of correction.

But your mind can eclipse your awareness, leaving you un-aware. That, separated from Awareness, wants to be validated and recognized as being real and accurate.

It wants you to be busy correcting yourself and the world, so it won’t disappear as you touch Awareness.

You are the Awareness.

Natural Breathing is a great way to:

* OWN YOUR REAL SELF.
* Wake you up from your limiting and painful suffering and give you a direct experience of your Real Self.

The Six Challenges to Change

Looking for improvement is an admirable and courageous intention.

But did you realize that improvement requires you to learn new things and refrain from old, ingrained habits. This re-working your old ways is a challenging process.

If you take a good look at the times, you have previously tried to change, but failed, you will find that you got stuck on one of the Six Challenges and aborted your attempt.

Looking closely, you’ll also notice that every time you get stuck, you resist the same problem and with the same re-action.

To have a better chance of real change and success, you can identify what your challenges are, ahead of time, and practice how to resolve them, instead of acting out old habitual re-actions. Then, when your challenges show up, on your Change Journey, you will be properly prepared for successful progress.

Life-issue – Life-lesson

The reason to learn what your Life-lesson is and be free of your Life-issue, is so that you can live a happy life, independent of what life serves up for you. You will learn to let go of your automatic unconscious reactive behavior and settle in to an accepting and centered sense of well-being.

Your Life-issue is something you don’t like, that continuously keeps bugging you.

It shows up as a repetitive unwanted feeling and it affects all areas of your life.

Until now, you have tried many ways to get rid of your Life-issue. You have tried to remove it, control it, oppose it, conform to it, avoid it, and ignore it, but it is still here.

You have thought that your Life-issue was caused by external causes, so you have tried to remove yourself from what you thought caused it, such as a disliked job, disliked behavior, disliked environment, or you keep complaining about certain people, your loser car, your lack of money, but the issue keeps coming back again and again.

Finally, you realize that your attempt to get rid of it is not working and that you have a lesson to learn, to be able to live happily ever after.

You embark on the search for what your Life-lesson is trying to teach, so you can complete your Life-lesson and be free from your Life-issue.

To have a Life-issue you must first have something that is an issue, that you are not leaving in the past, but holding on to and trying to correct.

Then you investigate why you have such a reaction to certain matters and find that you have a resistance to accept and make peace with a past traumatizing experience, and that you are still trying to set it straight.

Your Life-lesson is completed when you no longer need to get rid of your Life-issue and instead have accepted it as a valuable ally to Own Your Self.

The *Excuse Clause

On one hand, we believe that we can create the life that we want. On the other hand, we complain when things are not going our way. We take credit for success but blame failure.

When the evidence is too clear, that we have made a mistake or are learning something new, and we refuse to Own Our Power and incredible Life-journey, we blow a smokescreen and confuse any fact that we have a personal responsibility.

The *Excuse Clause is a fabricated hoax we use when we want to be right. It is the thought and reason we hold on to, that stops us from letting go and look for empowering solutions.

You probably believe and agree that your thinking and beliefs define what you experience and that you have the power to create the life that you want.

You know this by such topics as “the placebo effect” and that “people encountering similar situations report different results”, meaning that each person creates their results in accordance with what they believe is true.

Most likely, you get that thinking and doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result, is a sign of insanity, when it is about others and non-essential personal topics.

But, when it comes to personal responsibility, it is common to be hiding behind the *Excuse Clause.

This is where we argue that there is nothing we can do and we have no power over the situation, because our misery is caused by external forces.

If you can become aware when you give away your power and look for someone or something else to solve your issue, and instead explore what mis-thinking you have, then you can permanently turn your issue in to a success.

The Habit of Rationalizing and Justifying

RATIONALIZING and JUSTIFICATION is the JOKER that the Ego has up it sleeves, to keep you trapped in trying to convince others that you are right.

When something evidently is not working, rationalization comes in handy, pointing out that there are flaws to the evaluating system.

It says: “If there would have been different circumstances, the evading rationalizing would have proof of its point of view.”

Rationalization is only necessary after the proposed fact is evidently wrong, and you won’t accept that.

Rationalization seems so convincing, that it will even make you ignore facts.

For example: “I had a car accident, but it wouldn’t have happened if…”
“I had a fight with my partner, but it only happened because s/he don’t understand…”
“I don’t have enough time, so I can’t do that…” (Then I have an emergency and suddenly I have time to take care of it.)
“I don’t have enough money, so I can’t do that…” (Then my TV breaks or muffler falls off and suddenly I do have the money to pay for it.)

When you catch yourself rationalizing, stop and realize that you are avoiding facing your reality and need to take another look.

Now, prove this to be wrong… Ha Ha Ha…

The Premise

Defining YOUR PREMISE is important, because it WILL DEFINE YOUR STRATEGY to how you will access your well-being and reach your goals.

Do you believe in the premise that you are naturally nurtured and provided for, so you can relax into well-being and an easy abundant life.

Or do you believe in the premise that you are delivered into a faulty body and a life of struggle for survival. This premise leaves you struggling with limitations and mentally fabricated stress.

When you Surrender to Well-being, you assume the premise that you are already created perfect, and are supposed to live a life of peace, thriving, and enjoying your creativity.

When you try to Produce Well-being, you assume the premise that there is something wrong with you, your life, the world, and existence that must be corrected, leaving you feeling faulty and busy struggling with a declining body and limited resources.

To switch from a mis-thinking destructive premise to a wise constructive premise you have to gain correct understanding and complete any Incomplete Experiences, so you can live fresh, in present time and access your innate Life-force and wisdom and thus connect with your naturally peaceful, joyful, abundant well-being.

Goal Oriented or Living On Purpose

Goals are about living for the future – Purpose is living in the now.

If you only focus on reaching a goal, you miss enjoying your current life, believing that there will be a fulfilling reward, when the goal is achieved.

Basing your happiness on your Purpose leaves you satisfied with whichever way things are. Basing your happiness on goals will at best give you temporarily satisfaction, and then leave you struggling, dissatisfied, and searching for more.

If your focus is to Live On Purpose, then every adventure becomes a joyous and purposeful experience.

If your travels are based on Living On Purpose you will feel satisfied, whether you reach your goals or not.

It is like the metaphor of driving down the highway of your life. If you hope to get happy when you arrive at your destination, your journey will be “Are we there yet?” waiting for happiness to appear. At best you will have a short spur of happiness when you arrive at a goal, but then your lack of happiness that made you go for your goal in the first place shows up again. Then you look for another destination to get to. Trying to make goals the source of enjoying your life will always leave you looking for something more.
